I have been making meatballs for a long time. They are cheap and easy (plus my family loves them).
1 pound ground beef or turkey
2 egg
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs (add more if needed)
Marinara sauce
Put all of the ingredients in a big mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands. Shape into about 24 golfball-size meatballs. Spray a large skillet with non-sticking cooking spray. Cook meatballs in skillet over medium heat. I usually add about 1/2 cup of water to the skillet then cover it. Occasionally turn the meatballs over and add more water as needed. It usually takes about 20 minutes or so for the meatballs to cook through completely. Add to marinara sauce. These meatballs freeze very well.
