9/6/10 – What I Ate Today

I am still pretty tight since my fill.

Breakfast: Low Carb Slimfast Shake

Lunch: Homemade tuna salad (1 single serve pouch of tuna, 1 Tbsp mayo, 1 Tbsp relish, a few chopped grapes) – I ate 1/2 of the whole thing

Snack: a few bites of tuna salad

Dinner/Snack: I eventually finished off the rest of the tuna salad. I’m not hungry but I know I need to try and get my protein in. I was very lacking in that department today.

Drink: Sugar Free Lemonade, Chai Tea

Exercise: 30 minutes of walking (1 1/3 miles)
